How can SAAB attract talent that share their DNA? 

How can SAAB attract talent that share their DNA? 

As a Swedish aerospace company, SAAB prides itself in putting innovation first. Yet when compared to big tech companies, it lacks the innovative edge that attracts top talent.

So instead of talking about how innovative SAAB is, we showed them - by using artificial intelligence to paint a portrait of our next candidate.

Based on a proven correlation between appearance and personality, we trained an algorithm to reverse engineer the face of our next candidate based on qualities they should exhibit.

The result is a series of realistic composite human portraits that represent the face of SAAB's future.
